Take a day trip west to Tahquamenon Falls and view one of the largest falls east of the Mississippi River. The frozen water of the Falls forms unique ice sculptures that make great photographs. Gas available just east of the falls at the Tahquamenon General Store. The loop north of Paradise takes you towards Whitefish Point and the Whitefish Point Lighthouse, the oldest operating lighthouse on Lake Superior. Enjoy the ice formations that dot the shoreline of Lake Superior. Looking for a longer ride? Head over towards Rainbow Lodge and Pine Stump and then back to Bay Mills Resort and Casino. Trails east take you to Sault Ste. Marie where you will find good food, a casino, and shopping. Then head down to Kinross and circle back to Bay Mills or ride south to the Trout Lake and the Curtis Area. Have some fun on the Raco Plains. After a great ride, head back to Bay Mills for good food, comfortable accommodations, and some evening fun.
